Uses & characteristics
Type JT201 Hydroconversional Catalyst has more conversional ability for all kinds of organic sulphide of hydrocarbon material. The quantity of organic sulphide can drop from hundreds of PPm to 0.1 PPm after treated by it. It can often be used with zine desulphurizer by contact to reach the goal of refining and desulphurization.
The main reaction of Hydroconversion as follows
RSH+H2→RH+H2S
R1SSR2+3H2→R1H+R2H+2H2S
C4H4S+4H2→C4H10+H2S
COS+H2→CO+H2S

Type JT201 catalyst can be used in all sizes of hydrogen-making unit of smelt factory, Ammonia synthetic manufactory. Organic synthetic factory, and the hydrogenization and desulphurization device, which refine and desulphurize to all kinds of hydrocarbon gas.
